Reinvisioning Water

The Octagonal Pool historically functioned as a ciscern to collect rainwater. 

To celebrate and strengthen this connection, our guests arrive through an existing downed wall to the west, leading us through the Linear Pool.

New openings are punched through the masonry bounding the main space, leading a guest to the Octagonal Pool.

This elevated walkway provides concealment of the water supply feeding both spaces.
